Perverted World ("the site", "we") is run by two independent developers, Pervert World and ExTx, to distribute their own games directly. By using the site you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Every part of this site is intended for adults. All games hosted here contain explicit sexual content and are restricted to people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that age is higher.
Entering the site means you confirm you meet that requirement. Access by minors is prohibited. We ask for your date of birth once and store the answer on your own device; we do not run identity verification, so the honesty of that answer is your responsibility.
All characters depicted in any game on this site are adults, and are depicted as adults, regardless of the art style used.
You do not need an account to download the free builds. An account lets you comment, rate games, follow titles for update notifications, and keep any supporter access you obtain.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it. One person, one account — accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, particularly for harassment, spam, or attempts to redistribute supporter-only builds.
Each game remains the property of the developer who made it. Downloading a game gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play it. It does not transfer ownership.
You may not: resell the games, redistribute the files (including on mirrors, mod sites or file-sharing services), remove or alter copyright notices, or present the work as your own. Streaming and making videos of the games is welcome, subject to the rules of the platform you are on.
Every game on this site has a build that is free for everyone, with no payment and no account required. What supporters get is the newer build, earlier — sometimes along with extra content, which each game's page describes.
Supporter access is granted either through an external platform (Patreon, SubscribeStar) or, where offered, through a one-time unlock purchased on this site. Access is tied to your account.
Games in active development change. Versions, release timing, features and story content may all shift, and a build being announced is not a promise that it ships on any particular date.
Where the site offers a paid unlock, payment is handled by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
A one-time unlock delivers access immediately, which means it is generally non-refundable. We will still look at any case where the content is genuinely broken — a file that will not download, will not install, or is corrupted. Write to us with your account email and what went wrong.
Pledges made on Patreon or SubscribeStar are governed by those platforms' own terms and refund policies, not by ours.
Comments, ratings and profile posts are yours; you keep ownership of what you write. By posting you give us permission to display it on the site.
Do not post: harassment or threats, spam or advertising, sexual content involving minors or anything presented as such, links to pirated copies of these or other games, personal information about other people, or content that is illegal where you or we are.
Anyone can report a comment. We remove what breaks these rules, and we may do so without warning.
The games are distributed as-is. Independent .exe and .apk files often trigger
false positives in antivirus software and on Android precisely because they do not come from an app store; this
does not mean the file is unsafe, but you download and run software at your own risk.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, damage to your device, or any indirect loss arising from using the site or the games.
The site links to itch.io, Patreon, SubscribeStar, Discord and Ko-fi. Those are separate services with their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control them.
