We aim to answer valid notices within 72 hours and to remove or disable infringing material promptly. Deliberately false claims carry legal consequences for the person making them.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, write to us with your contact details, the material removed and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed in error, and your signature. We will pass the counter-notice to the original claimant and may restore the material.
Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material — including links to pirated copies of games — are removed.
Doki Doki on Vacations is an unofficial, non-commercial fan work based on Doki Doki Literature Club! It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Team Salvato, and it is distributed free of charge. It is made under Team Salvato's fan content guidelines. Team Salvato retains all rights to the original characters and work.
Other games on this site reference existing franchises through parody and fan art. If you represent a rights holder and want something removed, contact us and we will act — no argument, no delay.
The games, artwork, text and code on this site belong to their respective developers. Redistributing the game files, reuploading builds, or hosting mirrors is not permitted, and supporter-only builds especially so — those pay for the next release. Playthroughs, reviews and videos are welcome and always have been.
